Building Stability. Inspiring Growth.
Creating Brighter Futures.

Mission Statement
Centennial Place was established by Tia’s Youth and Family Services, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting individuals who are homeless, financially challenged, or navigating a difficult season in life. We provide safe, clean, and supportive shared living environments, along with wraparound services such as case management, life skills development, employment readiness, and community resource connections.

We proudly serve youth, young adults, and families, including veterans, survivors of domestic violence, system-involved and previously incarcerated individuals, and those transitioning from foster care. Our mission is to offer a temporary place of stability, paired with compassionate care and holistic support, that empowers each person to heal, grow, and successfully transition into permanent housing and greater independence.

At Centennial Place, we believe in dignity, choice, and creating opportunities for every person to build a brighter future.
